We want you to love your Ardell beauty products; however, due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original packaging remains intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
