What is the best way to apply Ardell lashes?
For a perfect application, first measure the lash against your eye and trim the outer corner if necessary. Apply a thin line of adhesive along the band, wait 30 seconds for it to become tacky, and then place the lash as close to your natural lash line as possible.
How many times can I reuse my lashes?
Ardell lashes are designed for durability. With proper care, including gentle removal of adhesive residue and storing them in their original tray, most styles can be worn up to 5-8 times.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping.
Can I return or exchange my products?
Due to the hygienic nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
